Direct Search is a creative process in which networking is an important factor. Searching in a market to indentify high calibre candidates with a relevant trackrecord and a fitting personality is the key to our success. Instead of waiting for candidates to respond to an advertisement, Direct Search focusses on pro-actively identifying and approaching potential candidates in the market. The rate of success can therefore be substantially higher, which often translates into finding the proverbial five legged sheep.  

Through a proper intake with relevant manager(s) in your organisation, we first obtain indept knowledge of the company, the position and the required person. Next, a full profile will be prepared and the operational search will commence. The identified potential candidates will be assessed against the requirements through a (competency based) interview. The shortlist will be presented within an agreed time-frame, including curriculum vitae and interview report of the candidates. Before an offer is made, references of the selected candidate will be checked. An assessment center is optional. Two Consultants with experience in the branch concerned, are allocated to each assignment. They will keep you updated of new developments and market information on a regular basis through a.o. search reports.
