Graduated in 1996 from the University of Leiden (Holland), Ingrid started her career in executive search at Nicholson International Middle East. Based in Dubai, she sourced candidates from various European, Asian and Middle Eastern countries for management positions in the Golf States. Clients included local and international companies. She persued her career as Associate, Consultant and Partner at different global and local executive search firms, such as Heidrick & Strugges (Johannesburg, South Africa) and Interlace Group (Amsterdam, The Netherlands). In 2005 she started up Albright Search - Selection, an international boutique search firm based in Amsterdam. In 2008, Albright Search - Selection and Roodvis Organisational Development set up a partnership, working together on assignments.
