Graduated as an occupational psychologist in 1992 from the Free University (Amsterdam), Martine worked as a assessment-consultant at CBE (Consultants in Business and Education) and Human Capital Group (Deloitte), Development Manager at Vitae (recruitment-company) and senior consultant at Beljon + Westerterp (personal development). With more than 15 years of experience in assessing (management) potentials and professionals, she advises organisations and personnel about change- and competence management in order to improve efficiency. It is her goal to help organisations to perform better through Human Talent Management. In 2004 she started up Roodvis Organisatieontwikkeling (Organisational Development), a network-organisation based on cooperation with other HR-professionals in the field of HR Consultancy, Recruitment & Selection, Management Development and Coaching (www.roodvis.nl). In 2008, Roodvis Organisational Development and Albright Search - Selection set up a partnership, working together on assignments.
